Terms of service

Booking and Payment
Booking Process: To secure a booking, the Client must provide a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total fee. The remaining balance is due the day of the scheduled session or event.Payment Methods: I can only accept Paypal via Goods & Services method.Cancellation Policy: If the Client cancels the booking, the deposit is non-refundable. If the Client cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled session, the Client is not responsible for paying the remaining balance.


Rescheduling & Late fees
Rescheduling by Client: The Client may request to reschedule the session by providing notice at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees unless of an emergency. The deposit can be transferred to the new date. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the session will forfeit the deposit unless of an emergency.Rescheduling by Photographer: In the event that the Photographer needs to reschedule, the Photographer will notify the Client as soon as possible and offer alternative dates. If no suitable dates are available, a full refund of the deposit will be provided.Late fees: A $25 late fee will be applied in the event the client is more than 10 minutes late (unless of an emergency). Photos will not be sent until the client has paid the fee. A $25 refund will be applied in the event the Photographer is more than 10 minutes late.

Deliverables & Turnaround Time
Deliverables: All photos will be in a zipped file that will be emailed to the client.Turnaround Time: The typical turnaround time for delivery of the final images is 1-3 weeks after the session.

Image usage & Copyright
Copyright: All images produced by the Photographer are the property of Vencrypt Photos and are protected by copyright law. The Client is to use the images for personal use only.Commercial Use: The Client may not use the images for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Photographer. Additional fees may apply for commercial usage rights.Social Media and Website Use: The Client may share the images on social media and personal websites, provided that credit is given to Vencrypt Photos and the images are not altered or edited in any way.

Model Release
The Client grants the photographer the right to use and publish images of the Client and/or the Client's event or session for promotional purposes, including but not limited to portfolios, websites, and social media. The Client may opt out of this provision by providing written notice to the Photographer before the session.

Liability
The Photographer will take reasonable steps to provide a safe and professional environment during the session. However, the Photographer is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the session.Force Majeure: The Photographer is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, or travel restrictions. In such cases, the Photographer will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session or provide a refund.

Final Agreement & Acceptance of Terms
Changes to Agreement: The Photographer reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. The Client will be notified of any changes and must agree to the updated terms before the scheduled session.Acceptance: By booking with Ven, you acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms of service. Please ensure that all details are confirmed prior to the session to avoid any misunderstandings.
